Microcosmo is a liquid concentrate of live probiotics. Unlike a capsule, it contains a complete ecosystem of beneficial microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts, and lactic acid bacteria) fed with natural prebiotics. They are alive, active, and ready to support your digestion from the first dose.
Microcosmo is designed to support digestion and microbiome balance. Many people use it when they experience bloating after eating, mild indigestion, discomfort from street food, or food that didn't agree with them. It's also helpful as daily support to strengthen the digestive system and promote overall well-being.
The general adult dose is 1/2 tablespoon (approx. 10 ml), taken 15 minutes before meals. You can increase this to another 1/2 tablespoon in the afternoon if desired. In cases of digestive discomfort (heaviness, gas, or indigestion), some people take a full tablespoon and repeat after a few hours if necessary.
It doesn't need refrigeration. Thanks to its natural fermentation and approximate pH of 3.5, Microcosmo remains stable and active for up to 1 year at room temperature. You can keep it in your kitchen or take it with you when you travel.
Yes. You can take Microcosmo straight or mix it with water, juice, tea, or smoothies. It works in both hot and cold drinks, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine.
No. Microcosmo is a probiotic supplement, not a medication, and does not replace medical treatment. Its function is to support digestion and contribute to overall well-being as part of a healthy lifestyle.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any other problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will review your case and, where applicable, process a replacement or refund according to our store policies.
You may notice small residues or a white layer floating on top of the toner.
This is usually a natural formation of lactic bacteria and yeasts inherent to the fermentation process and, under normal conditions, is safe.
However, if you notice unusual colors (green, black, pink), a cottony texture, or a distinctly unpleasant or "rotten" smell, it is best not to consume the product and contact us to review your case.
Microcosmo is a living, highly resilient ecosystem. As long as it is stored according to the instructions, it is unlikely to spoil.
To check its status:
- Always check the best before date on the label.
- A healthy microcosm usually smells acidic and slightly fermented , never like decomposition.
- If you notice a very strong and unpleasant smell, a strange appearance, or radical changes in color, it is best not to take it.

As with any probiotic, it is not recommended to exceed the suggested dose . Taking more will not accelerate results and, in some people, could cause digestive discomfort such as gas, cramps, or more frequent bowel movements.
We suggest:
- Follow the dosage indicated on the label .
- Listen to your body and adjust gradually if you are sensitive.
- If you have a diagnosed digestive condition or are under medical treatment, consult your healthcare professional before using doses other than those recommended.
Microcosmo is a very potent concentrate and is designed to be taken in small doses (for example, 10 ml per dose). If you drank much more than indicated:
- Suspend its use for the time being.
- Pay attention to how you feel: you may experience more frequent bowel movements or temporary digestive discomfort.
- If you experience severe symptoms (severe pain, repeated vomiting, dizziness, feeling dehydrated, or anything else that worries you), contact a health professional immediately or go to the emergency room .
